Our belief is that by building a close personal link with our customers we develop a better, clearer understanding of your requirements.  We listen and understand what you want, not what we can try to sell you.  Everybody knows the horror stories, there are plenty.  Leaving the keys with someone abroad can be daunting, wondering if you are getting the service you paid for.  Renovating or improving your property abroad is a little scary and doesn’t always run smoothly.

As one of our managed owners, you should be able to call us up and get a rapid response to questions or advise us on how you wish to deal with potential problems.  These could include:

• Problems that our regular inspections have brought to light and that we have brought to your attention.
• To call to let us know when you are arriving next.
• Cleaning and laundry.
• Taxis and food packs to be arranged etc.

It is worth having the peace of mind knowing that everything is really ok with your property.  That is what our owners tell us, "it is having somebody there, to help and arrange both for themselves and their guests".  Even if you don’t wish to rent out your property on a commercial basis, many people have business guests and friends visiting and you they just need an ad-hoc service to maintain the cleanliness and to carry out the laundry services.
